    One year ago today, Reisterstown Volunteer Fire Company Firefighter Gene Kirchner was mortally injured while trying to rescue someone from a house fire at 19 Hanover Road in Reisterstown. FF Kirchner died on May 2, 2013 of injuries sustained in the fire. He was 25.

At 2:08 a.m., the victim was walking along Annapolis Road when three suspects approached him. One of the suspects displayed a gun and demanded his phone. The suspects fled after taking the victim's phone. The suspects are three black males.

At 1:30 a.m., two suspects approached the victims and demanded property. One of the suspects displayed a gun. The suspects fled after the victims complied.

At 2:30 a.m., officers found two suspects loading tires from Sam's Club into a truck. Both suspects were placed under arrest.

At 3 p.m., an unknown suspect removed two air conditioning units from the rear of Lansdowne High School.
