At 3:40 p.m., a neighbor approached the suspect in the victim's garage. The suspect fled and was located by officers in the area. The suspect admitted to being in the victim's garage and trying to steal a bicycle.

At 10:43 a.m., an unknown suspect stole an air conditioner from rear of building.

Sometime between 3:29 and 4 a.m., three suspects entered the lot through a preexisting hole in the fence and removed 10 aluminum rims.

On May 14 at 9:10 a.m., a maintenance man responded to the location and found the suspect inside. The suspect was taken into custody.

At 11:15 p.m., the victim observed the suspect in his enclosed porch area. The suspect was taken into custody at the scene.

At 11:30 a.m., unknown suspects gained access to the roof and stole components from the AC unit.

At 9:30 p.m., unknown suspects entered a fenced in area and went through several vehicles.
