Sometime between 7 p.m. on August 3 and 7:40 a.m. on August 4, an unknown suspect stole lawn equipment from the victim’s detached garage.

At 8:25 a.m., the suspect forced open the bedroom window of the victim's residence to gain entry. The suspect was identified by the victim and placed under arrest.
At 7:40 a.m., the suspect shattered the basement window at the victim's residence. The suspect was identified and was arrested.

Sometime between 6 p.m. on June 27 and 9 a.m. on June 28, a suspect(s) forced entry into the vacant home through a secured back door.  The suspect(s) stole tools and construction equipment.

Sometime between 9 p.m. on June 26 and 11 a.m. on June 27, an unknown suspect entered a secured detached garage and removed a lawn mower.
Sometime between 1:30 and 11 p.m., an unknown suspect(s) gained entry into the victim's apartment by using a tool to manipulate the front door lock. The suspect(s) stole a backpack, a cell phone, coins, calculators and jewelry.
Around 1:37 a.m., an unknown suspect forced his way into the front door of Roses. The suspect filled three carts with miscellaneous items and then left. All property was recovered at the scene.
