Sometime between 5 a.m. and 6 p.m., the suspects cut the lock to the side door to gain entry into the Halibah Cafe and Hookah Lounge. Once inside, they removed a small refrigerator and a meat slicer.
At 1:33 a.m., the suspect approached the victim's daughter and asked for her cellphone number. The victim confronted the suspect and was struck in the face with a baseball bat.
At 12:43 a.m., the suspect used a rock to damage a side door and gain entry. Once inside, he removed a lap top, the cash register and three bottles of alcohol.
At 4:30 p.m., the suspects forced entry into the building through a window. Once inside, attempts were made to take a television. However, they were unsuccessful. Nothing was taken from the location.
At 4:20 a.m., the victim was walking his dog when the suspects approached him. He pulled out a night stick and chased the suspects into the woods. A physical altercation took place and one of the suspects pulled out a handgun. The suspect racked the slide of the handgun causing a 9mm round to fall to the ground. The suspects then fled on foot.
At 2:30 a.m., the suspect walked up to the drive through window at McDonald's, pointed a handgun at an employee and demanded the money from the register. The victim complied and the suspect fled.
