Baltimore County Police detectives have charged a man in connection with the abuse of two vulnerable adults in a group home in the 4100 Block of Taylor Avenue in Parkville.
Gary Lee Toft (63), of the 1200 Block of Frailey Way 21205, has been charged with vulnerable adult abuse, perverted practice, and numerous sex offenses. He is currently being held at CBIF in Baltimore City because of previous charges made by City Police detectives. He has been given $350,000 bail for the Baltimore County Case.

At 8 a.m., an unknown subject entered the location through an unlocked back door. The suspect stole cash, coins, a purse and a wallet.
Sometime between 11 p.m. October 24 and 7 p.m. October 25, unknown subjects cut the fence to the rear of the residence and attempted to gain entry into the shed.
At 1:44 a.m., the victim and another person were walking home to a motel when they heard footsteps running up behind them. Two suspects surrounded them . One suspect forcibly held the victim. The two suspects stole clothing and video accessories then fled towards Commerce Drive.
Between 10 a.m. and 2:45 p.m., unknown suspects entered the location. They stole furniture, household goods and jewelry. When the victim arrived home, she noticed the back door was slightly open.
Between 3 p.m. October 22 and 3 p.m. October 24, an unknown subject cut a hole in the fence and entered the lot. The subject emptied a locked trailer of all tools.
At 12 p.m., police received a call for a burglary. The suspect pushed in a window air conditioner and entered the residence. The suspect stole jewelry and cash from the second floor bedrooms.
