At 6:30 p.m., the victims stopped to make a u-turn when the suspect asked for a cigarette. He pointed a gun at them and demanded money and cell phones. The suspect ordered them out of the car and stole it.

At 2:38 p.m., the victim and the suspect got into an argument over a parking space at McDonalds. The victim left the lot and the suspect followed her. The suspect stopped her vehicle in front of the victim, a fight ensued and the suspect struck the victim with a 10 inch piece of wood.

Sometime between 12 p.m. June 7 and 1 p.m. October 14, an unknown subject took a laptop and a television from the location.
