- Community Conservation - Overview
The Office of Community Conservation preserves, stabilizes and enhances the human, physical and economic condition of urban communities through cooperative public-private programs which address specific neighborhood concerns and foster local self-reliance.

- Community Planners
The Community Planning Division serves as liaison between citizens and County government in matters related to planning. The staff is organized by geographic areas of the County.
