Automated Telephone System
To make a payment over the telephone, call 410-887-2403 and follow the spoken directions. Payment can be made by credit card (MasterCard or Discover) or by electronic check.
A convenience fee will be added to all credit card payments. The system will tell you the fee amount before your charge is final.

Payment by Mail
Return the copy of your tax bill, along with a check or money order payable to Baltimore County Maryland, 400 Washington Avenue, Room 150, Towson, Maryland 21204.
Payment in Person
The Taxpayer Services Office is open 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday and is located in the Old Courthouse, Room 150, 400 Washington Avenue, Towson, Maryland, 21204. You may pay by personal check or Discover Card when paying in person. You may also use the telephone public access terminals. A convenience fee will be added to all Discover Card payments.
