You have been subpoenaed as a victim or a witness for the District Court of Maryland. That obligates you to appear on behalf of the state.
This letter is to instruct you to arrive at the appropriate District Court location listed on your subpoena promptly at the time mentioned. Upon arrival, be sure to check in with the Assistant State's Attorney in the courtroom and make them aware of your presence.
Parking is free at all of the District Court locations except Towson. If you are subpoenaed to Towson District Court and have parked in a garage, please bring your parking ticket and subpoena to court and your parking can be validated.
Validation will take place in the State's Witness Reception Room located between courtrooms 3 and 4 during the hours of 8:30 to 9 a.m. and 1 to 1:30 p.m.
