The Deputy State's Attorney for Operations oversees the District Court, the Juvenile Court, and the Victim Witness Division. This Deputy also reviews all fatal accidents in Baltimore County, as well as all persons charged with Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) who are repeat offenders. Specifically the following divisions report to this Manager:

• District Court
• Juvenile
• Auto Theft
• Victim-Witness Assistance
