From 695, take exit 26 south (York Road) to Towson Bypass (Bosley Avenue). The courthouse will be on the left. For parking, continue past the courthouse and turn left on Susquehanna Avenue. The garage is located on the corner of Susquehanna and Baltimore Avenues Parking Information
To obtain free parking, park in any of the parking garages marked "P" on the map on the day of your testimony. Note: If you have an oversized vehicle such as a van or pick-up truck, you may park at the lot marked "O" on the map. For parking ticket validation: - Before 9:30 a.m. bring your parking ticket, along with your letter or summons to the State's Witness Reception Room, Room 329, on the third floor of the County Courts Building, for validation.
- After 9:30 a.m. bring ticket, along with your letter or summons to the State's Attorney's Office, Room 511, on the fifth floor of the County Courts Building.
State's Witness Reception Room
The reception room is located in room #329 outside of courtroom 12 on the third floor of the County Courts Building.

The County Courts Building is accessible from MTA routes #8, #9, #11, #3, & #55. Please call 410-539-5000 for information.
If you have been subpoenaed as a victim or a witness for the District Court of Maryland you are obligated to appear on behalf of the state. Please arrive at the appropriate District Court location listed on your subpoena promptly at the time mentioned.
Upon arrival, be sure to check in with the Assistant State's Attorney in the courtroom and make them aware of your presence.
Parking is free at all of the District Court locations except Towson. If you are subpoenaed to Towson District Court and have parked in a garage, please bring your parking ticket and subpoena to court and your parking can be validated. Validation will take place in the State's Witness Reception Room located between courtrooms 3 and 4 during the hours of 8:30 to 9 a.m. and 1 to 1:30 p.m. Catonsville District Court

Make an immediate left into the District Court parking lot. The courthouse is directly across from Wilkens Police Station. Parking is free. Towson District Court

From 695, take exit 27 South, Dulaney Valley Road. Follow Dulaney Valley Road south to the traffic circle and continue south onto York Road. Turn left at the second light onto Chesapeake Avenue. Park in the garage between the library and the court. Bring your ticket with you and it can be validated during the times posted. Essex District Court
