The Young Parent Support Center is a comprehensive family support and development center that strives to strengthen families, promote the healthy development of children, and guide families towards economic independence.

Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Directions

From I-695 East (Baltimore Beltway Inner Loop) toward Essex, merge onto MD-702 S/Southeast Boulevard via exit number 36 - on the left - toward Essex. Turn left onto Old Eastern Avenue, then turn right onto Back River Neck Road. YPSC is on the left side of the street.
