• Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• No applications taken on Wednesday - Emergencies such as eviction notices and utilities turn off only.

Directions

Go east on I-695 toward Essex. Merge onto MD-702 S/ Southeast Blvd. via exit number 36- on the left- toward Essex. Then take the Eastern Boulevard West exit toward Essex. Merge onto Eastern Boulevard/ MD-150 W. Drive 1.22 miles to the Essex Office, on the left.
