Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT)

Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) cards schedule for Essex: Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

Monday and Wednesday, 9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Friday, 9 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
Please note that the EBT Trainer must receive a referral before they can give an EBT card to the customer.

Directions

Go east on I-695 toward Essex. Merge onto MD-702 S/ Southeast Blvd. via exit number 36- on the left- toward Essex. Then take the Eastern Boulevard West exit toward Essex. Merge onto Eastern Boulevard/ MD-150 W. Drive 1.22 miles to the Essex Office, on the left.
