If you are not eligible for Medical Assistance, here are some non-Department of Social Services resources:
Primary Adult Care (PAC) - Offering health services to people 19 and over who make a limited amount of money each year. PAC does not require the disability determination. It may provide access to a primary care physician and help with prescription costs.

410-887-2780MA Program- Women’s Breast and Cervical Cancer Health Program (WBCCHP) - Covering women for Medical Assistance services who have been screened by the Breast and Cervical Cancer Program (BCCP) through the local health departments (which has certain income limitations) and diagnosed with breast or cervical cancer.

Federally Qualified Health Care Centers (FQHCs)
The primary purpose of FQHC’s is to expand access to primary health care for uninsured and underserved populations who experience financial, geographic, or cultural barriers to care and who live in or near medically underserved areas and areas federally designated as having a health professional shortage (HPSAs). FQHC’s accept Medicaid and Medicare patients as well as uninsured individuals.
Baltimore Medical System - A community-based, independent non-profit dedicated to improving the health and wellness of medically underserved communities in the Greater Baltimore area.
Park West Health System, Inc. - Its mission is to provide quality comprehensive health care services to individuals residing in our communities in an efficient and effective manner, as well as, improve access to primary care services for our communities with attention to medically under-served populations.

Baltimore County Prescription Discount Card - Free Enrollment for County Residents.
1-877-321-2652.Partnership for Prescription Assistance - A program that connects qualified, low-income people with discount prescription drugs, direct from the pharmaceutical manufacturer.
888-477-2669.Maryland Med Bank Program - Providing access to free medicines for low-income, uninsured patients, will not provide case management, but may provide discount card.
410-821-9262Senior Prescription Drug Assistance - Offering, additional financial assistance on prescription drugs for senior citizens enrolled in Medicare Part D.
800-551-5995Bureau of Behavioral Health - Coordinates mental health services for all ages, and oversees a network of providers offering outpatient clinics, day and residential rehabilitation services, case management, crisis services, and a host of specialized programs for various age groups and special populations.
