  • Got questions about the Child Care Subsidy (CCS) Program or the status an application? Call the CCS hotline at 1-866-243-8796 or visit the Maryland State Department of Education website.

  • Attention all Medical Assistance recipients! Learn how to avoid a lapse in coverage (PDF) and reapply through the Maryland Health Connection.

  • Marylanders can now "window shop" the 2016 health plans and prices at Maryland Health Connection, a month before open enrollment begins on November 1.

  • Did your medical assistance become inactive? If so, the Towson District Office will be open on Saturdays for clients to reapply for Medical Assistance by appointment only. For more information, call 410-853-3328.

  • Save Time: Send Us Your Paperwork - If you receive benefits from the Department of Social Services, you can save time by sending us your documents. If you have verification paperwork that needs to be turned in, fax them to 410-853-3025 or 410-853-3212, or mail them to:
