Help is available. Take the first step to change your life by calling the Baltimore
and Carroll Counties Sexual Assault/Domestic Violence 24 Hour Hotline - 410-828-6390. A trained Hotline Worker can explain what services, such as crisis intervention, referral and support and are available to help you break this cycle of violence.
Do you need a Court Advocate?
Call the BCoDSS Family Violence Unit at 410-853-3030. This unit is a criminal justice program within the department.
