northpointvillage-rp@baltimorecountymd.gov This office services the needs of the Edgemere-Sparrows Point and the North Point Village Recreation and Parks Councils and can provide you with up-to-date information regarding their programs. The Councils meet on a regular basis and all those interested are invited to attend. The volunteer Edgemere-Sparrows Point Rec & Parks Council maintains their own website at www.esprec.com which lists all of their current programs. The office also manages the daily operation and reservations for these School Recreation Centers (SRC) and County parks.
