Region 4

Region 4 offices work in cooperation with Recreation and Parks Councils to provide outstanding recreational programs in the Back River, Bear Creek, Berkshire-Eastwood, Colgate, Dundalk, Eastfield, Edgemere, Essex, Gray Charles, Middle River, North Point, Patapsco Neck-Norwood, Sparrows Point, Stembridge, Turners Station, Watersedge, and West Inverness communities of Baltimore County. The area is also home to the Southeast Regional Recreation Center (SERRC), Dundalk Community Center, and Sollers Point Multi-Purpose Center.
