Region 4

Region 4 offices work in cooperation with Recreation and Parks Councils to provide outstanding recreational programs in the Back River, Bear Creek, Berkshire-Eastwood, Colgate, Dundalk, Eastfield, Edgemere, Essex-Stembridge, Gray Charles, Middle River, North Point Village, Sparrows Point, Stembridge, Turners Station, Watersedge, and West Inverness communities of Baltimore County. The area is also home to Back River Community Center, Dundalk Community Center,  Southeast Regional Recreation Center (SERRC), Sollers Point Multi-Purpose Center, Stembridge Community Center, Watersedge Community Center, West Inverness Community Center and Victory Villa Community Center.
