This office services the needs of the Parkville Recreation and Parks Council and can provide you with up-to-date information regarding its programs. The council meets on a regular basis and all those interested are invited to attend.
The volunteer council maintains their own web site, http://www.prcparkvillerec.org/, which lists all of their current programs.
The office also manages the daily operation and reservations for the following parks and school-recreation centers (SRC):

Unique to the Parkville community is Double Rock Park. All of fields in the complex were recently renovated and an irrigation system was included in that project. This park has a lighted athletic field complex with pavilions available for rental. The three pavilions are available for rent from April through October for birthday parties, family reunions or picnics. Reservation inquiries may be made by e-mailing the Parkville Recreation Office or calling 410-887-5300.
