This office services the needs of the Overlea Recreation and Parks Council and can provide you with up-to-date information regarding their programs. The council meets on a regular basis and all those interested are invited to attend.
The office also manages the daily operation and reservations for these parks and school-recreation centers (SRC).

Unique to the Overlea community is Holt Park offers a combination of nature and art programming year round in an urban setting. Programs are available for all ages as well as opportunities from dawn until dusk to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and quiet walking trails.
