“YOGA-LATES”
Ages 18 and older, with or without disabilities
Yoga and Pilates designed to create physical fitness, endurance, strength, range of motion, flexibility.
This program runs for 8 weeks and meets year-round at the Loch Raven Recreation Center.
Participation cost is $35 per person.
