This office services the needs of the Owings Mills Recreation and Parks Council and their programs. The Council meets on a regular basis and all those interested are invited to attend.
The volunteer Owings Mills Recreation and Parks Council maintains their own web site at http://www.owingsmillsrec.org/ which lists all of their current programs.
This office also manages the daily operation and reservations for these parks and school-recreation centers (SRC).
