Region 1
The Region 1 office works in cooperation with the eight Recreation and Parks Councils to provide outstanding recreational programs from neighborhoods of Baltimore Highlands through Pikesville. Region 1 is home to the Benjamin Banneker Historical Park and Museum, Randallstown Community Center, Lurman Woodlawn Theatre and many other parks and community centers.
