This office services the needs of the Owings Mills Recreation and Parks Council and their programs. The Council meets on a regular basis and all those interested are invited to attend.

The volunteer Owings Mills Recreation and Parks Council maintains their own web site at www.owingsmillsrec.org which lists all of their current programs.

This Office also manages the daily operation and reservations for these parks and school-recreation centers (SRC).
