parkville-rp@baltimorecountymd.gov This office services the needs of the Parkville Recreation and Parks Council and can provide you with up-to-date information regarding its programs. The council meets on a regular basis and all those interested are invited to attend. The volunteer council maintains their own website, www.prcparkvillerec.org, which lists all of their current programs. The office also manages the daily operation and reservations for these parks and school-recreation centers (SRC). Double Rock Park | Parkville Recreation Center | Putty Hill Park l Belmont Park | Pine Grove Elementary SRC | Pine Grove Middel SRC | Harford Hills Elementary SRC | Carney Elementary SRC | Villa Cresa Elementary SRC | Parkville Middle SRC | Parkville High SRC Unique to the Parkville community is Double Rock Park. This park is a lighted athletic field complex with pavilions available for rental. All fields in the complex were recently renovated and an irrigation system was included in that project. The 3 pavilions are available for rent from April through October for birthday parties, family reunions or picnics.
