The Department of Recreation and Parks is committed to keeping the volunteer Recreation and Parks Councils informed regarding important issues. One of the tools to achieve this is the "Council Connection," newsletter. This newsletter is periodically mailed to each of the the 46 volunteer Recreation and Parks Council presidents.
