August, 2007 - Baltimore County Executive Jim Smith joined Councilman Joseph Bartenfelder and representatives from the Marshy Point Nature Center to dedicate site improvements at Marshy Point Park.

May, 2007 - Outdoor Summer Concerts will be held at Lurman Woodland Theatre in Catonsville, Heritage Park in Dundalk, and the Woodlawn Community Center. Various types of music will be offered throughout the summer.
