While no reservations are taken over the phone, the first step to reserving your area should be to contact our office at 410-887-3873 to verify that the area you are requesting is both appropriate and available for your affair. In order to reserve a pavilion, tent or picnic grove you are required to pay the full amount of the established fee, 90 days prior to the event for the area in which you are interested or place a deposit of at least 50 percent of the established fee if the event is over 90 days away. This deposit or payment should be in the form of check or money order payable to Baltimore County, Maryland. Deposits and payments may be made in person at our office or mailed to 105 West Chesapeake Avenue, Suite 302, Towson, MD 21204. If you decide to mail in your reservation request include with your check our Reservation Request Form (PDF) or a note indicating: After our office receives your request it will be processed and a permit will be sent to you for your signature. This permit should then be signed and returned to our office, whereupon you will receive final approval. Should you mail a reservation request, please be advised that your reservation is not valid until you receive a signed permit from our office. To reserve areas at other Baltimore County Parks you should contact the local community office. (Need PDF Help?)
