Note: Launch permits for 2009 are sold out. All fishing from boats, canoes and kayaks in the Loch Raven Reservoir is allowed and regulated under the management of the Baltimore County Department of Recreation and Parks, and a current seasonal permit is required of everyone desiring to use the Reservoir. Seasonal boat, canoe and kayak launching permits are $50. Why worry with the hassle of transporting your boat back and forth from home? Get a seasonal permit with boat docking privileges for only $95 (Effective for the 2010 year it will be $125). Winter storage is available at the center for $50.
