| |  | This program covers labor and materials to repair sewer pipelines and all portions of the storm drain system which are below grade. Some of its specific responsibilities are: - Repair sanitary sewer manholes.
- Repair and remove debris from water main breaks.
- Repair and maintain road cuts, sidewalks, curbs, gutters and non-paved areas damaged by County or City crews working on water or sewer systems.
- Repair broken sewer lines and force mains.
- Protect existing pipelines exposed by storm-related flooding.
- Repair broken storm drain inlet boxes.
- Repair broken and defective storm drain lines.
- Rebuild storm drain manholes.
- Maintain 10 frost-proof hydrants which are used to provide potable water to residents whose wells are contaminated or unusable.
- Removal of fuel tanks (gas and diesel) for Baltimore County owned facilities.
- Snow removal on specified snow routes.
