Semi-Final Design Manual for Planning Board Consideration

The Design Division of the Baltimore County Bureau of Engineering and Construction has prepared a semi-final draft of a new Design Manual for consideration by the Planning Board. Interested parties are invited to download, review and comment upon this material. Comments or questions may be directed in writing to:
