The Design Division of the Baltimore County Bureau of Engineering and Construction has adopted changes to portions of the Design Manual.
Effective September 28, 2007, the portion of the Design Manual entitled "Design Manual - Chapter on Structures" (PDF) has been adopted as policy under the Code of Baltimore County Regulations. Section 1806 'Retaining Walls' of the Baltimore County Building Code (Bill 49-07) refers to this section of the Design Manual for a portion of the Building Code requirements for Retaining Walls."
