Administration Division

This division handles customer service to Baltimore County residents and support to the rest of the Bureau.  Other responsibilities include developing an operating budget, supporting the Bureau Chief, payroll and employee benefits, accounting, computer services and more.

Was your trash, recycling or yard materials not collected?  There are many possible reasons why your materials may not have been collected.
