Refuse Disposal

The Refuse Disposal Division is responsible for the operation and management of the Eastern Sanitary Landfill.  This division also oversees transfer operations regarding waste into and out of other County waste facilities.

Drop-off Facilities

Baltimore County maintains three locations where county residents can take residential trash and recyclables. The items accepted at each location vary.  Obtain locations of and directions to the facilities.   Take a virtual tour of the Eastern Sanitary Landfill and the Baltimore County Resource Recovery Facility.
