Refuse Disposal

The Refuse Disposal Division is responsible for the operation and management of the county's only operating sanitary landfill. This division oversees the transfer of trash and recycling from the county's three drop-off facilities. The division is also responsible for the maintenance of the county's closed landfills.

Drop-off Facilities

• Baltimore County operates three facilities where county residents can take residential trash and recyclables.
