A Message from County Executive Jim SmithThe Baltimore County Council and I are pleased to announce that recycling in Baltimore County is easier than ever thanks to the start of an exciting new single stream recycling program which began on February 1, 2010. - Paper, bottles, and cans (all combined in the same container) are collected each week.
- Recycling is a great way residents can “go green” and protect the environment.
