A new schedule will be automatically mailed to you approximately one to two weeks before your current schedule expires. If you have not received your new schedule, please call 410-887-2000.
To request your collection schedule, please complete the form below with the address of the property you want the schedule for. If you are not receiving mail at this address now (new home, etc.), please call our customer service line at 410-887-2000 to request your schedule. You may view Baltimore County's trash and recycling program guide (PDF) or request a printed copy by checking the designated area on the form below. You should receive your schedule and/or guide within 7-10 days.
Schedules are not available online; however, it can be sent via e-mail (PDF) by checking the appropriate box on the form below. You should receive it within 1-3 days.
