Baltimore County's only landfill, Eastern Sanitary Landfill, is already half full.  We can preserve the life of the County's landfill by recycling as much as possible and reducing our waste.

On Sunday, June 29, 2008, the Northwest Area Recycling Center permanently closed due to dumping. The drop-off center, formerly located next to the Liberty Road Volunteer Fire Station, 10010 Liberty Road at Deer Park Road in Randallstown, will not be relocated.
