It is important that all information on the applicationbe complete and returned to begin the process for your concrete repair. Baltimore County will subcontract this work out. We will have a Representative on the job to insure the work is done to Baltimore County's specifications.
We require all of the areas in which your car drives over to be 7" thick. We will not do any area behind the main walk that goes through your property. An estimated cost of a block, 4 feet by 4 feet, of 4" thick concrete is $104.00.
Baltimore County will have a Representative contact you to discuss the work that is needed prior to marking the areas to be repaired. The marking will consist of white arrows being painted on the areas to show where the work will occur. We will answer any questions you have at that time.
If you have an area that involves a tree you must contact the Bureau of Highways at 410-887-3560 to determine if the tree must be removed before concrete replacement can occur.
Usually, Baltimore County has a waiting period of over one (1) year before we will be able to complete the work that you have requested. The sooner you return your completed application the sooner the repair work will be included on our schedule.
