Building Maintenance
The Building Maintenance Division provides for the maintenance and repair of County general government owned and leased facilities.
Services include:
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC)
- Carpentry
- Painting
- Locksmith
- Facilities Inspection
- Roofing Repairs
- General Maintenance.
Building Operations
The Building Operations Division provides for the daily operation of County general government owned and leased facilities.
Services include:
- Custodial Services
- Mail Delivery
- Pest Control
- Surplus Equipment (pick-up, removal and disposal)
- Operation of the Information Desk at the County Courts Building
- Relocation of County offices
- Furniture moving
- Set-ups for special County events and activities
Equipment Maintenance
The Equipment Maintenance Division provides preventative maintenance and repair services for the County's fleet of Fire and Emergency Medical Services (EMS) apparatus, trucks, heavy equipment , generators and small engine equipment. Other services include:
- Detailed equipment evaluation
- Recommendations for equipment replacement
- Assistance in the development of equipment specifications
- Purchase of small engine equipment
- Receiving, titling, and registration of new and replacement equipment
- Disposal of surplus equipment
- Distribution of equipment parts and supplies to user agencies
