Trash and Recycling Collection

Inclement weather may delay your trash, recycling or yard materials pickup. In some cases, County drop-off facilities may be closed.

The County makes every effort to collect items on schedule if your street or alley is passable, although collection time may be later than normal. Unless otherwise instructed, set your items out as usual and leave them out until they are picked up.

Current Status

Trash and Recycling Collection

Trash and Recycling Collection

In the event of inclement weather on Tuesday, February 9, scheduled trash and recycling collections will occur only when and where conditions permit – leave materials out until collection occurs. Residents with alley collection should now resume placing their material in the alley (not at the front curb) for pickup.

All three County drop-off centers, including the Eastern Sanitary Landfill in White Marsh, are open with normal operating hours.
