• If you have knowledge of the immediate whereabouts of one of these individuals and are in Baltimore County call "9-1-1" to report this information.
• If you have knowledge of the immediate whereabouts of one of these individuals and are outside of Baltimore County you should call your local law enforcement agency.

	Charles Andrew Kingery W/M, 6' 0", 260 lb. D.O.B. 3/3/1938 He is wanted by the BCoPD and the FBI. Kingery was convicted in October of 2008 in the Baltimore County Circuit Court for Sexual Child Abuse and 2nd Degree Rape. In February of 2009 Kingery failed to appear for sentencing. The FBI has issued a Flight Warrant for Kingery's arrest.
