The Baltimore County Police Department is asking for your help in locating these wanted subjects.

He is wanted by the BCoPD and the FBI.

Kingery was convicted in October of 2008 in the Baltimore County Circuit Court for Sexual Child Abuse and 2nd Degree Rape. In February of 2009 Kingery failed to appear for sentencing. The FBI has issued a Flight Warrant for Kingery's arrest.
