Baltimore County Police patchVolunteers Needed for STOPS and POST Training

Wanted: Highly Trained Volunteers!

The Training Section is looking for Experienced, Highly Trained and Motivated Police Officers to assist with S.T.O.P.S. (Formally known as E.V.O.C.) and P.O.S.T. Training. Come and bring your years of experience, good and bad, to this learning arena. Below is a list of dates, times and locations. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

NOTE:  Due to budget issues, the staff from the Training Section cannot authorize the following (although supervisors from individual commands can make such authorizations):

  1. The ability for personnel who volunteer to assist as a role player to accrue compensatory leave,
  2. The ability for personnel who volunteer to assist as a role player to accrue overtime, or
  3. The ability for personnel who volunteer to assist as a role player to "bank" a leave day.

P.O.S.T. Training (Training Section at the CCBC-Dundalk Campus)

Role players are needed to assist with the P.O.S.T. Program at the Training Section at CCBC-Dundalk Campus.

Note: Please ensure that a supervisor, prior to signing up for one of the above dates, has approved all scheduling. To keep the integrity of the program, we would ask that only people who have been scheduled, attend the training!
