Precinct 9 Business Patrol Initiative (BPI)

Business Patrol Initiative (BPI) Officers:

• Provide concentrated and intensive services to high crime business communities along major commercial arteries.
• Receive specialized training which may include business related law enforcement, crime prevention and problem solving.
• Monitor crime data and trends relative to their post and report findings to the precinct commander.
• Assigned at the discretion of the precinct commander.

Currently Precinct 9 has four officers who are focusing their patrol efforts on the business areas of White Marsh:

Officer R. Cross
Officer D. Crossley

Night Card Information

Precinct 09 Officers respond to calls at closed businesses every day. We need to have current phone numbers for all business representives that can respond out to the closed business. Please contact the Business Patrol Unit to provide a phone number for a contact person at 410-887-5020. You may also display, print, and return to your precinct this Night Card Information Form (PDF).
