Baltimore County, Md. (August 7, 2008) - Baltimore County Police are asking for the public’s help in finding sex offenders who have violated their probation or who have not kept their addresses current. Earlier this month the department obtained arrest warrants for four such offenders. One of those sought, April Carey, has been previously arrested for the same offense that she is currently charged with and remains at large. The following suspects are being sought:  | Tarif Jahmil Alston, 25, a child sexual offender, is wanted on a warrant for violation of probation with Maryland’s State Sex Offender Registry. He was convicted in August 2006 for a second-degree sex offense against a minor that he committed in January 2001. Alston is described as a black male, 5’7” tall, 155 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. His last known address is in the unit-block of Shawgo Court, 21221.

| Kenny James Warren, 41, a sexually violent offender, is wanted on a warrant for failure to register, and failure to register his change of address with Maryland’s State Sex Offender Registry. He was convicted in April 1986 for a third-degree sex offense in May 1983. Warren is described as a black male, 6’ tall, 230 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes. His last known address is in the 3200-block of Miller Avenue, 21220.
|  | Kevin Dwayne Rogers, 25, a child sexual offender, is wanted on a warrant for failure to register with Maryland’s State Sex Offender Registry. He was convicted in June 2004 for a second-degree rape of a child in November 2003. Rogers is described as a black male, 5’6” tall, 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. He is homeless, and may be in the Essex area of Baltimore County. |  | April Lynn Carey, 30, a sexually violent offender, is wanted on a warrant for failure to register, and failure to register her change of address with Maryland’s State Sex Offender Registry. She was convicted in December 2002 for a sex offense that she committed in December 2002. Carey is described as a white female, 5’ tall, 147 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes. Her last known address is in the unit-block of Phlox Circle, 21117. |
