On Saturday, September 23, 1989, the body of Teresa (Terry) Ann Schmansky was found in her residence located in the 6700-block of Holabird Avenue in Dundalk, 21222. Mrs. Schmansky lived at the residence with her three children who were not home at the time of the murder.
She was discovered murdered by her brother who was returning her oldest daughter home from spending the night at his residence. Mrs. Schmansky was separated from her husband and investigators believe she may have known or been familiar with the person or persons responsible for her death. She was employed as a waitress at Squires Restaurant on Holabird Avenue in Dundalk.
