The applicant will contact the sign poster and provide a map of the sign(s) location for each map issue one month in advance of the posting date.

Signs must be posted conspicuously on properties that are known as the 2008 Comprehensive Zoning Map Issues.  Posting must occur at least 15 days prior to the Planning Board public hearing for the appropriate Councilmanic District.

Contractor will provide a photograph of the sign and a certificate of posting on a form furnished by the Office of Planning with the date of the posting no later than three business days after sign is posted.  For the certificate of posting see sign posting certificate (PDF).
