Publicly Filed Issues

If Baltimore County Office of Planning Staff, Planning Board or County Council files a 2008 CZMP issue that includes a tract of land that has entered the development pipeline, before September 1, 2007, Section 32-4-205 does not apply.  In that instance the development plan may be processed in the customary manner.

If the concept plan, development plan, limited exemption or waivers is filed after the beginning of open filing, or after September 1, 2007, then 32-4-205 does apply, i.e. the county may not approve a plan or plat or issue a building permit until the end of the 2008 CZMP.  The plan or plat must be consistent with the 2008 adopted zoning maps.

Revised June 15 2007
