Eastern Baltimore County

The plan provides recommendations for pedestrian and bicycle improvements in the east side of the County, including Towson, Perry Hall/White Marsh, Essex, Middle River, and Dundalk. The pedestrian recommendations include sidewalks, crosswalks and bus shelters. The bicycle recommendations include bike routes, bike lanes and shared use paths, connected into a network linking major destinations.
