Please join County Executive Jim Smith and other bicycle enthusiasts to show your support for bicycle commuting in Baltimore County. Rally participants will be greeted with free coffee, food, and other goodies. Those who register by Friday, May 9 can receive free T-shirts and a chance to win a number of prizes.
Once you have registered, consider this: Registered riders can submit the length of their May 16 bicycle commute and possibly win a prize. E-mail your start point and route description to kweaver@baltimorecountymd.gov. Whoever rides the highest mileage route that morning wins!
Ride to the rally with County Executive Jim Smith! The group ride, beginning near Towson High School, will leave at 7:45 a.m. Ride details can be viewed on this printable map (PDF). If you would like to ride along, please contact Wally Lippincott, at wlippincott@baltimorecountymd.gov or 410-887-3776.
